Manager
Allen got into the garage door business in 2015 after spending time in general contracting and noticing how many homeowners were either getting overcharged or waiting days for straightforward repairs. He spent two years learning the trade from the ground up — springs, openers, full installations, Florida wind code compliance, all of it — before starting Coytown Garage Door Services in 2017.
He still goes out on jobs regularly and handles a lot of the estimates himself. His approach is pretty simple: figure out what is actually wrong, explain the options without pushing unnecessary work, and get it fixed. Most of the company growth has come from repeat customers and referrals, which Allen figures means the approach is working.
When he is not on a service call, he is usually managing the schedule, working with his techs, or trying to squeeze one more job into the day.
